Hey whats up this is Chad, I live in Topeka my wife and I ride together some on our old ATC's that I have fixed up. We ride as a family with my brother and brother in laws at Perry Trails and at Oakland some. I havent joined as a supporting member yet but if I seem to mesh with you guys I'm hoping to get my me, my brother, and brother in laws to pay up and ride with you guys at Holton some. Well see how it goes. I ride an old school ATC200x -puched to a 238cc-300ex carb-Pretty fast for a 4 stroke sub 300cc three wheeler. My wife has a 250sx electric start with reverse and all that good for her, nice and tame and I painted it K-State purple for her. My other body rides an old 200s pull start that I fixed up and gave to him. We also have a couple more old Big Reds, 250sx, 400ex, and 250r in the family. Hope to see some nice group rides coming up. Hello Chad, Welcome to the club. We are glad to have you as a member, supporting or not. The real difference as you know is only the riding on the land. There will be some days (when and if it ever gets warm again) that we will invite all members to ride just to help out around the land. We will post that info on the site here in the forums to let everybody know. You will not need to be a supporting member for those days to ride. It will give everybody a chance to get to know each other on a personal level.
Sounds like you have some great talent if you can fix up those ATC's. I have very limited skills when it comes to that sort of thing. I mostly just like to ride.
anyway, welcome.

Yea I'm a pretty good mechanic, Dont have alot of choice when you ride these old trikes, lol... I have to say trail riding with a trike is fun no weight in the front end can be real handy sometimes, been having fun in the snow this winter too.. I just finished building my trailer so that will make going riding easier now for me. My brother also rides with me he has a 93 Kaw Mojave 250-Actually its a Mickey Dunley build 330ci-It will hang with a stock Honda 400 and smoke a stock 300ex its a lot of fun. Let me know when you guys are planning a work day, One of my trikes has a ball hitch for my trailer so I can drag a trailer in to move stuff. Lookin forward to getting to know you guys. Looks like the craigsist ad worked 2 new guys signed up after I did yesterday.

Can't wait to meet you in person and ride. I think you will enjoy riding on our land. It has lots of variation to the terrain with some woods and hills and flat spots. We are also going to be putting in a flat track and maybe an oval track. Possibly a mud pit some day as well. Come on out as we would love to get input from the members who will be riding as to what they would like to see done.
