Hey all I'm reintroducting myself for the winter riding season. I was active on the forums early last spring but I blew the clutch out on my 200x before I could ever make it up to ride with the club. Im in Topeka and my brothers and I ride at Perry and Riverside in Oakland whenever we can manage to get together. I'm a decent mechanic but havent had either time or money. This is the first time I've done a wet clutch, On my ATC200X that is. I'm gonna try to tackle it next Thursday so maybe I can get out and ride in this perfect weather we have been having. I think I've got it but if anybody on here has any tips or wants to make a new friend in my driveway next week (I'll run out and grab some beers) I hope to work on it Thursday. My real name is Chad. Im at Chinterweger@gmail.com People who remember me on here I just want to say Hi and sorry I wasnt around this summer..

Give me a shout, I'd be happy to lend a hand. I've got factory service .pdf of just about all the trikes, so let me know the year and I can send you a link! I'm meeting some folks next Saturday, for what they call The Old Man 3 Wheeler Race. I've got some friends here in Topeka that used to race trikes back in the 80-90's, and they get together once a year to race on a guy's property and share old stories. Anything before or after that, and I'd be HAPPY to help out! If you've got an 86-87 200X, we need to talk! I'm wanting to rebuild one this winter, and will need numerous parts..... Mine is just a good rider I would like to make it pretty but 300 in maier plastic is hard to do when I know I'm just gonna flip it again next time I go out, LOL. Mine is an 84 it has a 3+ extended swinger, old school cut and weld job and 2.5" or 3" I'm not sure spacers. Dg exhaust but I need to weld one little hole in the pipe so It would sound a little cleaner. I picked it up from a guy in Oakland for 600.00 not to bad. But it had a twist throttle that I replaced with a thumb for trail riding. and I welded 3" of rear shock extension to the frame because it was way too squatty after the extension of the swinger. Its a fun ride and does me good at 300lbs. Although a 350x would be nice..
