lesson #2 recently learned:
TAKE AT LEAST 2 EXTRA SPARK PLUGS WHEN RIDING TREYS HONDA !!!!!!!!!!!!
short story: 1st time i took him riding, damn thing wouldnt start... drive 30 min for nothing ( i didnt bring extra plug ). 2nd time riding: (new plug installed) he rode for 30 min and fouled plug, didnt bring extra again!!!

Sitting here thinking, after having talked with you on the phone, do you think it may be running too rich? Maybe the air screw is out of adjustment?

2 strokes can be a PITA if not jetted correctly! I'm far from being an expert, and it's risky telling someone how to set it and then take the chance they lock it up. Maybe the first step is to look at what mixture you're running. I'd assume you're running 32:1 or 40:1?

get you one of those E3 plugs for it. May be a bit of a pain to figure out which one to use, but I put one in my old 350L polaris and did not have to replace it for 2 yrs, I was doing the change the plug every ride thing before also.. was cheaper in the long run too..
