If I were RICH, I'd have a nice toyhauler to load up 4 trikes, and sleep in comfort. But, if you didn't already know, I'm NOT rich (Mike, to be correct).
I've been camping the past 6+ years out of a tent that is big enough to fit my air mattress and very little else. I'm on the hunt for some better options, but not decided yet. Tents aren't too bad to put up, but I've been in storms that make it a b*tch some times. I'm starting to look at truck bed tents, but again there won't be much room. I hate trying to dress in a tent that is only 5' tall too!
What's your choice of sleeping/camping comfort? Why can't I find anywhere to rent toyhaulers anywhere near here? When I was in California, we could rent one for the weekend, at multiple places. I've searched the internet, and not found anything yet..............

I normally camp in some P.O.S. 5x7? This year am taking down a 6man tent. It sets up pretty quick, and who cares how it comes down?
I know of a few places in KC that rent toy haulers, but that probably won't help you much.

Truck bed tents are mot so bad. I camped on year in one that extended past the bed like 5' so you could stand up and change. Get a truck camper those are great.

Some of the newer ones are pretty cool and look like they would be more than adequate for a couple days at the dunes..

The problem I found with toy haulers is if you camp you better hope your riding area has camping otherwise your picking up camp every time you go to ride. My problem was I have 2large quads a 2012 can am xmr and a 2012 can am limited max. My solution was I bought a bumper pull 27 v-cross camper then built a rack for the bed of my truck. We traveled all over last year trying it out. It worked out better than I could ever imagined. And your normal bed doubles as a locking storage area for all your gear. The looks we get driving down the road are priceless. I will get a picture of it posted soon

I have a 6 ft wide 14 ft long 6.5 ft high inside enclosed I need to figure out something. for windows for ventalation and how to put a bed of some type in it already got the mini fridge. and could always load the barbaque grille , some cabinets ect would be nice too.. Only problem I have with pulling it around too far is it weighs a lot and I need a title for it. I inherited the thing when my father passed. but we could not find any title for the dang thing.. So cant cross state lines without issues..
