Yesterday we had a friend and his kids over, so they could ride. He brought his buggy and PW80, and we had our last remaining ChiCom Predator quad. Any how, Bryan is a dirtbike guy, and he has had his boy on 2-wheels since he could reach. Ideally I want my boy to ride a dirtbike, because it will make him a better rider. It will teach him proper clutch control and balance, not to mention braking and speed control. Well here is his VERY FIRST time on the bike: s160.photobucket.com/albums/t161/kristop64089/?action=view¤t=photobucket-32150-1332114985183.mp4Not only did he NEVER drop it(only while putting the kickstand down, he's a lefty so it's un-natural to come off on the left side) He never killed it, he never wrecked it! I had him practice start and stops for about 15 minutes, and then rolling take offs. We had him practice up/down shifting, and when to do it. The boy is a NATURAL. He's 6 and can touch with his tip toes, but boy can he ride. I was a very proud Dad for sure. By the end of the night he was going through the gears, and even started passing(lapping to be exact) everyone else. All in all he rode that thing for 4 hours straight. He's getting ready to go out, as I type this. Of course, not to be outdone is his Big sister(8years): s160.photobucket.com/albums/t161/kristop64089/?action=view¤t=2012-03-17_19-19-54_2.mp4This was her first time as well. She took a little longer to get used to it(cuz she's a girl) But she rode for an hour and a half once she figured it out. Needless to say I was a pretty proud papa.
