if you ride much you will find the only way to fix a scratched or chipped PC is to have it redone. If you really want to try it I would find a paint color I like and try it first if you do not like that you can always use paint stripper to remove it and be back to polished aluminum MUCH MUCH cheaper.. and if you do like it it is very easy to touch up.. Just my 2 pennies worth..
